All About Tau Beta Gamma

Tau Beta Gamma Christian Sorority Inc. was founded on August 8, 2018 in Lithonia, GA. On this day, our Founder, Shirnelle Johnson birthed the vision that God gave to assist in advancing the Kingdom. 

The women of TBG exude excellence in all that we do. We maintain a high level of sisterhood, love and respect for every life that we touch.

This organization is like no other. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to align ourselves with the Holy Spirit. With TBG, we want to not only increase the sisterhood but we spread the Gospel and the Goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Shirnelle Johnson

Shirnelle Johnson is the founder of Tau Beta Gamma Christian Sorority, Inc. She is the wife of John Johnson and mother of 5 beautiful children; Sema'j, Chance, Heavyn, Ocean and Joy and a Momma (grandmother) to Alaeyah. 

Mrs. Johnson was born on May 5 and a native of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. She has resided in Georgia for a number of years and officially considers herself a peach. She is easy going and loves to joke and smile. 

Shirnelle has dedicated her life to helping others. Whether it is an inspiring word or a listening ear, she is always there. Servant, Warrior, Supporter and Giver are just a few names that describe her and her zeal to serve God. 

She always has a kind word to offer and will deliver correction in a manner that is easy to digest. Although she is not the life of the party, her presence is known in a crowd. She does not hesitate to stand on what she believes even if it goes against popular opinion. 

Our Visionary is an entrepreneur, an inspirational speaker, a confidant and a counselor. A nurturer by nature, her quest in life is to change the world, one person at a time. If you have a Shirnelle Johnson in your corner, you have a loyal friend. This protector takes her purpose seriously. TBG is here to dedicate our lives, our labor and our leadership skills to be more Christ-like in all that we do. We will encourage our fellow brothers and sisters to walk arm in arm with us to incite the community, to inspire the nation, and to influence the world.
